Cigarettes have sugar in each one. Sugar is put on the tobacco leaves before they dry. If they didn’t put sugar in tobacco, people would be a WHOLE lot less likely to smoke, as it would taste a LOT worse. Many don’t know it, but it’s the sugar that keeps them hooked, not so much the tobacco. If it was the tobacco, people would get addicted to the patch. Sugar addiction is treated like any other SERIOUS addiction in hypnosis. There is a 3 session process, just like stopping smoking, and the client MUST be ready to ‘put it down’ or it won’t work. Sugar can ruin your health and is suspected to be the cause of a TON of diseases and ailments.
